One-On-One Offerings

Working with a practitioner one-on-one can serve as a beautiful opportunity to get to know your own body on a deeper level.  Free from the stress and discomfort that can come from a group setting, private sessions can allow us to find your edge and, based on what we learn, set realistic goals that will have you consistently easing towards a healthier, happier you!  

As all one-on-one sessions are fully customized, we can find the right mix of stretching, strength, and rehabilitation that will help you to feel alive and free in your body once again.
