Move, breathe and settle into the evening with a guided gentle flow. Listen and witness the beauty of the setting as you soften your mind and body with the rhythm of the sea.
Sign up not required, but RSVP recommended since this is a weather influenced event.

Every Thursday at 5:30 pm weather permitting. Bring large blanket or sheet. Park in sand lot on North end of Stuart beach and use path through the seagrape trees. Look right and you will see us in the sand.
